Very comfortable bed. Quiet rooms with kitchens and free breakfast. The floors could be a tiny bit cleaner. Loved having many eateries within walking distance and even a Dollar Tree. The check in system baffled me. Was told my room was no longer available but after a few minutes we got it figured out. Was given keys to a room that someone had already been checked into. It's all about having a comfortable and clean place to stay and this place delivers. Thanks to the staff for all they do for the guests

My son was in Phoenix for basketball training. I reserved this hotel because it was walking distance to the place he was training and also close to the airport. I didn’t personally see the hotel rooms; however, he had zero complaints and said his room was nice. The hotel staff!!! Every single front desk staff (I spoke with 3 different ladies) I spoke with over the phone was absolutely amazing! They were all so kind, professional, accommodating and they went above and beyond to reschedule his room change, scheduling a shuttle and answering all of my questions. There’s so much more I requested and they handled it all. The customer service was A-1! I recommend this hotel ten times over.

Good hotel & very close to the airport! Airport “shuttle” is a private Uber they call for you, which is convenient for landing times however it was a bit hard to get ahold of the front desk to get that info. Otherwise spacious & cozy suites! Good breakfast!

First time staying in a Home2 by Hilton hotel. The hotel is located near the Phoenix airport and has a few restaurants in walking distance, mainly fast food or fast casual. Not much else in the area. BUT the hotel is nice inside, clean, good service. When away from home, it is nice to have a small kitchen in the room, complete with small fridge and freezer, utensils and dishes. Breakfast is included and there is a workout room, pool and laundry room (in the workout area). One of the better hotels of this level that I have stayed in. Plenty of free parking available.

Just realized I did not post anything after my October stay. We were greeted warmly by the shuttle driver at the airport and with our pre-register on the app, everything was smooth. Others commented on the staining of the carpets on third, and that is why this is a four. Looked like someone dragged a (or several) leaking garbage bag down the hall. Selection and quality of breakfast was good. Close enough to airport to see inbounds clearly.

From the room, to the hospitality of the staff, to the amazing breakfast…. This is where you want to stay! The rooms are well kept, cozy, with the occasional noise but that’s expected anywhere you go. The staff is warm and welcoming and assist you with any questions or concerns. Check in was quick and speedy. The breakfast has a great American Breakfast selection (with Canadian Bacon) with a staff member who constantly stocks and also shows you how to use the equipment (waffle maker) if you hit a rut. I’ve traveled far and wide and this hotel marks one of the best stays we had as a family.

We had so much fun the staff was very helpful they did their best the place was very clean and the food was delicious very much healthy we booked online couple of rooms and it was exactly how they described it I just wan to thank Brian Nguyen the front desk manager and his team for everything we had incredible three days

Loved this hotel. EVERYONE at the hotel was so friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping and kitchen staff. The protein additions to the normal breakfast offerings were sliced cheese, egg patties, and chicken patties so guests can build a fun breakfast sandwich. Mine was only an overnight layover on a trip from so I only had one night’s stay. Free airport shuttle! They also offer free bottled water to keep you hydrated in the Phoenix heat. Having a kitchenette in the room is great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Wish I could stay longer!
